Does Drive By Advertising really work?: Yes. Due to the popularity of new technologies such as TiVo, Satellite Radio and IPODS along with the decline in readership of Newspapers and other Publications coupled with the increased amount of time that people are spending on the road this medium is guaranteed to increase traffic to your business, regardless of its nature. Numerous studies, including one conducted by Auto-giant General Motors, have indicated that as many as 96% of passengers in vehicles adjacent to Mobile Media not only see but also remember the ads that were featured. How long are the contracts?: Our contracts are four weeks long and begin either on the first or the fifteenth of each month.
When do I pay for my Drive By Ad?: You must pay the production costs as soon as the contract for services is signed. The balance will be due on or before the day your ad is scheduled to appear. In some cases, such as for customers who desire longer contract terms, a client may be billed monthly.
How many times will my ad be seen in a day?: Your ad will be in a group of sixteen other ads that scroll every 7-8 seconds. This means that your ad will be seen once every two minutes. How many people will see my ad in a month?: As with any other advertising medium, we can not one-hundred percent accurately determine how people will see your ad in a given period of time. It is impossible to tell an advertiser how many people actually “viewed” your ad. Even Nielson, the company that monitors how many people watch a specific TV channel at a particular time can not tell you how many people LITERALLY viewed an advertisement. We can however tell you that our research indicates that your ad will be placed in front of over ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND or more sets of eyes daily. Thus, the potential for your ad to be viewed monthly by over THREE MILLION people is high.
Can I have category exclusivity for my Dirve By Advertising truck?: No. We do not offer category exclusivity. However, we do promise not to place your ad and your competitor’s ad in close proximity to each other in the scroll rotation. In other words, an ad for Tom’s Wombat Palace will not appear in front of or behind an ad for Bill’s House of Wombats.
Can I schedule a truck to appear at a private function or event?: Yes. However we do not commit the truck(s) for periods exceeding four hours in duration.
Do you offer discounts for longer contract periods or multiple ad purchases.: Yes. Please fill out the contact us form on this Web Site and a representative of Drive-By Advertising, LLC will be in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss rates and promotional offers.
How long does it take to generate my ad and get it on the truck?: A lot of the lead time involved depends on you. Do you already have a logo? Clip art? Do you know what you want your ad to read? If there is little graphic design work involved and you give a quick approval of the final product we can have the ad up in as little as two days. However, in most cases it can take as many as seven days or longer to design, produce and install an ad.
Can my billboards be re-used at a latter date to avoid incurring additional production costs?: Yes. We store your billboards for 12 months at our storage facility. You can then re-use your billboards at a later date with no additional charge for production.
What are the windows in which the ads are viewed made of?: The windows are made from tough, tempered break-proof glass.
